Unfulfilled Promises and Disregard - Attorney Res/Title Employee Review

I had to check my commission calculations each time because they was always a "mistake." When I took vacation or personal days, they didn't have anyone legitimately covering my files. Many of the paralegals and support staff were either incompetent, too busy to be effective, or regularly tried to pass their responsibilities on to others. Management promised exciting opportunities that were never fulfilled. I was never able to open the 401K they said they have. They are quick to terminate people without any regard for circumstances or potential. They utilize systems which are inefficient and require redundant menial tasks that take too much time.
