Pros
Leadership has done a sensational job at creating a positive, productive, and collaborative environment where employees can succeed. Everyone feels a part of the team, and is involved in the company moving forward. Tons of support, and help when needed. The team is aligned on the companies goals, and it allows for maximum growth. Fun work environment even though we are all remote. Lot's of guest speakers, helpful trainings, and collaborative meetings that only help drive success. Not a lot of wasted time, or unnecessary daily functions. You really feel apart of a team that cares about one another. Leadership hold people accountable (this is a plus) but celebrates success constantly. It is one of the most positive, and supportive cultures I have been a part of.
Cons
The wheel turns very fast here. I am not sure this is a negative, but they are always challenging the status quo on how to be better. The company is rapidly growing. This is not a boring, mundane job by any means. If you do not want an exciting, collaborative, and dynamic culture, then maybe this is not for you.
