Pros

Empowerment to get the job done. A gget-it-doneattitude. A diverse team that looks to help others despite what their "title" might be.

Cons

Expect to help in other areas and help teammates when needed. If you are a "stay in your lane" -type, this would not be a good fit.

Pros

- I’ve worked in a lot of sales organizations, from large corporations to small boutique agencies, and I can confidently say there is something truly special about Reputation Rhino. - I love selling a service that I know works. It’s something I feel proud to be a part of, and that I know truly changes people’s lives. I believe in this team. - The “crash” team dynamic is unlike anything I’ve experienced before – everyone supports each other and celebrates wins together. - Every morning starts with a hype meeting to address wins, roadblocks, and opportunities to help each other succeed. - Even early on, I was encouraged to bring fresh ideas to the table, take initiative, and contribute to quarterly projects that help grow the company. - Mistakes are welcomed as part of the learning process, creating a culture that’s focused on growth and constant improvement.

Cons

- The company moves quickly, which can be exciting but may feel overwhelming for someone who prefers a slower pace. - Because the team is smaller, everyone wears multiple hats, which can feel overwhelming at times. Personally, I see it as an amazing growth opportunity for the right people.
