Pros

We're amazingly spoiled here, the atmosphere is friendly, and it's an exciting time as we're scaling our small startup. Free lunches Happy hours Opportunities to step up/promotions

Cons

There's so much to stay on top of. Scaling customer base, but wish we scaled our employee base a bit faster. It's a struggle sometimes to keep up with work queue. Trying to avoid burn out/working through lunches and breaks each day (have been doing this this for over a year).

We definitely don't want you to burn out. Thank you for the sacrifices you've made and the dedication you've given this past year. How about you take some of that unlimited vacation and get some rest and relaxation? Your feedback is important to us, so thank you for bringing this to our attention. We definitely need to bring in more top-talent so we can take Reputation.com to the next level. 2019 is going to be a big year for us! -Erin, Community Manager

Pros

*Benefits are a bit pricey, but you'll be well covered *Great coworkers *Lunch for in office workers.

Cons

*Constant layoffs. Even after leaving I'm still seeing a lot of former colleagues being let go. Great talent has been let go to cut costs. *Pay is much lower than industry average and it seems there is no budget to increase pay. *Platform has bugs and issues that were never resolved by engineering, leaving teams to develop work arounds and frustrating clients. *For bugs that are addressed, solutions take weeks to months to get fixed frustrating clients and resulting in churn. *Lack of direction and leadership. All teams are on their own path without clear direction. *No 401k match.
