Cons
Leadership tends to be abusive, especially with callouts and verbal warnings. Leaders tend to be dictatorial, watching your every move. Curators can honestly go for flexible time, but management disapproves just because not every department can do it. If there was no problem with hitting delivery dates, this shouldn't have been a big deal, but they wanted it restricted. Management also kept pushing for unreasonable workload. Curator turnaround was so bad, there's almost always a new curator every month or so and they all leave within a few weeks or a months. Burnout was a trend. Would've stayed longer if mistakes weren't so magnified. The management would refuse to remove the write-up system even if it was something you have done from a long time ago. They keep asking for feedback, but they don't really listen. They'd *probably* only listen once the employees have already left.
