I have been in a contract position with RepuCare for the last 7 years as a pharmacy technician in southern Indiana. I am the only employee of RepuCare in my area, and I'm located a significant distance from company headquarters. I have always felt like I was a valuable member of the team. I have been working with Account Liaison, Brooke Freeman, weekly for the last several years. She has been a constant advocate and support to me. Jackie Troglen, director of HR, has also gone above and beyond to answer any concerns I have had and provided me with immediate and satisfactory assistance. CEO and founder, Billie Dragoo, has reached out to me on several occasions in acknowledgement and interest. I am proud to be a small part of an amazing team.
