Terrible new Mgmt at multiple levels with little to zero aviation experience who don’t know what they are doing! Mgmt became very controlling and was highly unprofessional in many cases. Mgmt would flip-flop on how they wanted you to do things one day to the next which created unnecessary confusion. Went from being treated like well respected adults to being micromanaged like children even though exceeding goals! Also very disorganized! Poor training!
