Pros

Great place to advance your career. My Managers are top notch. Anytime I feel I need Training I discuss with my Manager and if I have a solid reason, the Manager makes it happen. Any time I need a day off, no problem, it is worked out. Flight Benefits are always nice. Keep an eye on flights and you know what flights will probably fill up and which ones will not. Work environment is laid back but professional. I have all the tools I need to do my job and then some. The sky is the limit. I hope to retire here.

Cons

Other employees seem to complain too much, especially the legacy Frontier people. That is the single worst thing about working for Republic. Amazing that as high as unemployment is, the fact that you have a job is reason enough to not complain. Frontier people need to get on board and stop the complaining or go work somewhere else. It has been over a year since Republic bought Frontier and they still complain about the same things. The company you used to work for was in bankruptcy, and it could not get itself out of bankruptcy. That company was purchased by a different company. That model obviously did not work like you think it did. Lets all hope (yes all of us) that any new model does work.

Pros

Travel benefits on American, United, Delta, jumpseat agreements with other carriers and ID travel on most other airlines including international carriers. Great starting experience and introduction to working in aviation.

Cons

Will hire just about anyone, were hiring by video interviews alone at one time, so quality of people varied. Notorious for base closures, got displaced at least 5 times due to base closures. All bases in Midwest and northeast. In the past most bases were in outstations and noncommutable. Low pay.
