      I cannot think of a reason why Repsol would be a company you would choose to work for, regardless of your seniority level.

      Cons

      Worst possible culture for women in STEM. There is no platform for your voice to be heard and for your contributions to be respected.

      - Supportive & respectful colleagues. - Positive atmosphere throughout office. - Management team is understanding and they have a good balance with autonomy & also providing adequate support. - Diverse and inclusive.
