      Fantastic if you’re a Spaniard Good if you’re a Spanish speaker Good non cash benefits

      Cons

      Lots of red tape, slow moving company Very Spanish oriented Do not recommend joining if you do not have a Spanish/Latin American background

      - Supportive & respectful colleagues. - Positive atmosphere throughout office. - Management team is understanding and they have a good balance with autonomy & also providing adequate support. - Diverse and inclusive.
