      Flexible work schedule in US, but much much better in Madrid..

      Cons

      Management is a joke ! No advances They bring people from Madrid to tell US how to so our job. They are Clueless In my area we had 6 "managers" in 4 years

      - Supportive & respectful colleagues. - Positive atmosphere throughout office. - Management team is understanding and they have a good balance with autonomy & also providing adequate support. - Diverse and inclusive.
