      Pros

      Great experience involving an unlimited amount of project management work. Student presentation at the end of the term is a good way to get recognized by the other engineering leads.

      Cons

      Not very many cons. One would possibly be the location of the term since it is pretty much in the middle of nowhere.

      - Supportive & respectful colleagues. - Positive atmosphere throughout office. - Management team is understanding and they have a good balance with autonomy & also providing adequate support. - Diverse and inclusive.
