Pros

Good people but bad leadership

Cons

They laid off 3 of us, with no warning at all. Pretty much the whole sales team was struggling. It wasnt like everyone else was killing it and we werent. Heard they even let a couple others go after. Not 1 person will achieve quota and that says a lot.

Pros

Tight-knit team with a lot of smart, motivated people who care about building a solid product. Startup-ish vibe, so you get exposure to multiple parts of the business and can make a visible impact fast. Leadership is approachable and open to feedback. Good balance of accountability and autonomy: you’re trusted to get things done without constant hand-holding.

Cons

You’ll likely wear more hats than you expected, which is great for learning but can get overwhelming. Processes aren’t always buttoned up; you’ll need patience (and initiative) to push through ambiguity. Compensation is decent but may not be as competitive as bigger players in the SaaS space
