Pros

The Boston and Zagreb office communicate fairly well. There does seem to be an attempt to do things better. The I worked in was great, all but one individual who has been in that position far too long.

Cons

While the company claims to be, and genuinely tries to be transparent, it is not. There is little room for growth since all higher positions are filled by the investors, not management.

Pros

Tight-knit team with a lot of smart, motivated people who care about building a solid product. Startup-ish vibe, so you get exposure to multiple parts of the business and can make a visible impact fast. Leadership is approachable and open to feedback. Good balance of accountability and autonomy: you’re trusted to get things done without constant hand-holding.

Cons

You’ll likely wear more hats than you expected, which is great for learning but can get overwhelming. Processes aren’t always buttoned up; you’ll need patience (and initiative) to push through ambiguity. Compensation is decent but may not be as competitive as bigger players in the SaaS space
