Pros
The salary was competitive. Working with families trying to conceive was rewarding. The patients are paying top dollar to be there so they are very compliant and very thankful for the work and compassion of the nurses.
Cons
High stress job. One of the Reproductive Endocrinologists was very neurotic and hard to work with. Constant pressure of knowing that if that doctor is not pleased with your work you can be fired for very little reason. The other doctor was nice and easy to work with. The other nursing staff was nice although had to walk on eggshells because of the one doctor.
