Bad Experience - Patient Care Navigator Reproductive Gynecology Employee Review

I was treated unfairly and disrespected by the supervisor tried talking to her on several occasions about the person when I started she had me to shadow. The nurse prescribed patient wrong medication, used profanity, provided wrong information, etc. The manager was pulling me in office and yelling at me in front of staff my concern was addressed to HR. I put in my resignation letter and they refused to let me complete until last day. Two staff who started a week or two before me was able to complete their time. I was called on a Saturday and manager stated “Don’t come back to work.”
