      good work life balance in the junior level,8hour/day

      Cons

      only 5% pay hike for all irrespective to the performance,that too given not timely. hr is pathetic;no power.too much senior people makes makes the situation worse who has no qualification to join other companies which makes the pay hike reduced for all

      - Simple day to day work, no innovation required ! - Get salary on time. - Patch work mindset only.

      Cons

      - Non domain expertise guys manage technology guys which is very bad. - Even hired technology guys have mostly dummy experiences. - Mostly higher positions employees only think to save their position in any cost. This is their first task of the day ! - Don't join if you have technical mindset and want to contribute by actions.

      Company is shifting to Noida so most of the staff from Mumbai office is getting reduced
