Pros

If you're wanting to learn about the print or sign industry, it's a good place to start and transition from. Majority of the clients are great to work with and it's nice to feel appreciated.

Cons

1) I don't want this to sound like another bitter former employee, but I did become bitter. As the type of person known to get right back up after being knocked down, it starts to take a toll on you after constantly getting knocked down. The stress of the job and toxic environment started to have negative affects on my mental state as well as physical health. 2) Benefits are not great, state benefits are much better 3) Salary/Pay on it's own is dismal, but definitely not at all worth the amount of stress and a few difficult people involved with the job

Pros

Working at Repro Graphix over the past decade has been an incredibly rewarding experience for me. As a small family-owned business, Repro cares about their community and team. The company fosters a work environment where autonomy and self-leadership are highly valued, allowing employees to take initiative and grow in their roles. This dynamic is perfect for those who thrive on independence. The supportive atmosphere makes you feel like you're part of a close-knit team, and it's clear that the team is genuinely committed to both personal and professional development. It's a great place to work if you're looking for a positive culture where your contributions are appreciated!

Cons

One challenge of working at a small family business like Repro Graphix, Inc. is that resources and formal structures can be limited compared to larger companies. However, this actually fosters a more flexible environment where team members can step up, take on diverse roles, and make a noticeable impact. While you may not have the same level of departmental support as you would in a bigger company, the close-knit team and direct access to leadership make up for it, offering unique opportunities for personal growth and development.
