I have to say this is a lovely company to work for. The co-founders are genuine people who care for their employees and for the work that’s being done. You receive a lot of support from the team and you have the freedom to be creative and independent with your work. The business growth is exciting and I’m looking forward to taking on more responsibility and growing within the company. The office is fantastic!
Cons
-as with any startup, it will be crucial to implement clear processes that facilitate complex tasks and effective communication between different teams. -because of how tech oriented the company is, it would be good to have regular meetings with the tech team to understand how to best align digital processes with customer service/sales/marketing
