CEO thinks you should be proud to work here but will not pay what employees are worth and talks down to you. There are no clear priorities. You will be overwhelmed with work but told nothing is ever good enough. This company uses fear of losing your job to get you to work overtime. Management makes you ask for permission to go on bathroom breaks. You will never be promoted and bonuses are calculated so you never hit them.
