The work-life balance is generally good, with standard working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday.

As a growing startup, some processes and workflows could be more structured. New employees may occasionally need to figure out certain things on their own, as not all processes are clearly defined or documented. Introducing more standardized workflows and clearer operating procedures would help employees gain clarity faster and improve overall efficiency. Additionally, during periods when team targets are not achieved, employees may be required to work on Saturdays.
