      - I received responsibility 1 month after entering the job, with little to no prior knowledge or experience - I've been asked many informatics tasks esulating from my main job, that I gained a lot of insights from and allowed me to grow faster as a developer - I've learned how to communicate with clients, what to expect and how to behave - I'm constantly learning through practice in this fast-paced environment - My experience with management is good, even though this seems to be a remote case, reading the reviews here

      Cons

      - I'm a consultant, so it is a really fast-paced environment - The salary is in range as a no-experienced consultant in Italy, but way lower than anywhere else in Europe - There is a really high replacement rate of the workforce, not because of layoffs; make your conclusions...
