      Pros

      Majority of staff are nice to work with. Some decent benefits. Promising product.

      Cons

      Terrible management in several departments. Little to no career progression. The US site seems to be more favoured than the UK site. Salaries are relatively low and there are expectations to work weekends without over-time pay.

      Fun environment, the social committee used to do a lot to entertain everyone with crafts and activities

      Cons

      Big layoff! FDA approval lacking. Two CRLS for RP1 were very disappointing.
