Company culture encourages team work and creative thinking. This is a unique company that is dedicated to developing a vision-saving drug delivery technology that will eventually change the way people "see" (literally) the world. A company of this capacity is often risk-ridden. However, Replenish offers incentive packages can more or less offset the risk working in a volatile start-up. It is good to be in its core technology team working with smart and sharp people. The company is small. However, it has world-class partners and alliance.
