Pros

Replai is the kind of company where you actually look forward to opening your laptop in the morning. The problems are interesting, the team is sharp and the culture is one of the healthiest I have experienced in tech. Engineers are treated as first class citizens and your opinion genuinely matters in product and technical discussions. The feedback culture is strong and constructive which helps you grow faster than most places. Work life balance is real here, not just something written on a careers page. The leadership team is experienced, humble and sets a clear direction without being overbearing.

Cons

The company is growing fast and sometimes tooling and internal processes need to catch up with the pace. Nothing that seriously impacts the day to day but there is room to mature in some areas.

Pros

Everyone is very focused on contributing to the success of the company, which creates an amazing culture that I have never seen before of really hard-working people that actually like what they are doing!

Cons

I don't really have something that comes to mind

Pros

Working at Replai as a full stack developer has been a genuinely rewarding experience. You get to work across the entire product which keeps things interesting and helps you grow fast on both sides of the stack. The team is technically strong and code reviews are taken seriously, which pushes you to write better code every day. There is real ownership here, you are not just picking up tickets, you actually have a say in how things are built and why. The product itself is exciting to work on and you can see the direct impact of your contributions. Flexibility is great and the team communicates well across time zones.

Cons

As the product grows there are parts of the codebase that need refactoring, which is expected at this stage of the company. Sometimes context switching between frontend and backend can be demanding but that comes with the territory of full stack work.
