- You are seen and heard for everything you do regardless of your role - The hierarchy is fairly flat which means even the CEO is just a message away if you need help with anything! - The company culture is amazing, with everyone supporting everyone and a generally positive environment. - Since it's a start-up

The handful of people I work with are extremely dedicated and supportive, Sometimes I feel like I am personally learning more from the company than I am giving. Always feel that I am of Value!

Cons

Short term contract, but gets renewed.
