Additionally, despite being a remote role, they support employees by facilitating co-working spaces, helping maintain productivity and a professional routine. Another positive aspect is the effort they put into team engagement. Cons

The main challenge I faced was adjusting from a daytime corporate schedule to working night shifts. It takes some time to adapt both mentally and physically, especially if you’re not used to it. However, with time and the team’s support, it becomes manageable.
