      Chaos to work for. Processes horrible. Accountability unbalanced - Warehouse Manager Rep Fitness Employee Review

      Laid back to an extent. Sometimes offer lunch..

      Cons

      No communication. No one knows who does what. Trying to "restructure" but it's a secret. Chain of command only works one way. Consistent quality control problems that warehouse has to fix. Constantly loosing accounts with Amazon. Over order inventory which warehouse does not have space. Constantly over packing warehouse. SKUs are always messed up (multiple SKUs for 1 item) "Restructure" has given titles to those that may not deserve them. Over inflated egos, catch on wrong day..watch out. Broken promises. Not valued as an employee. No training. Want family business atmosphere but not anywhere close.

      Pros

      Worked there for 3 years. Solid raises every year and was promoted once as company continued to grow. Owners communicated directly with staff every 4 months or so, and took questions from everyone. Snacks in break area. Massage chairs. Huge employee gym. Only left because I moved.

      Cons

      Some people were career driven, but there seemed to be 10-20% of people who were a drag. Management could do better to hold people accountable. Leadership (managers/directors) being hands on and helping those who need it.

      Casual - dress code is basically gym clothes Most people are friendly and easy to get along with

      No room for growth High turnover so coworkers changed a lot in customer service
