Pros can be only if: you can do self learning. Can read and understand code without single document.
Cons
-Projects to employee ratio is poor -You cant guess on which task you will work, its a puzzle -Customer support people can literally sit by your side until you solves the issue - you are good till you are not on notice period - not guaranteed that on your last day you will receive relieving letter - they works almost in each domain. FA, HA, Aotomotive, Medical - CTC is a big fraud, bonus amount not guaranteed if you leaves the company before Distribution of bonus
