Pros
Management takes a hands on approach from day 1. They take the time to allow you to navigate within your strengths while allowing back office support to help with your weaknesses. They take the time to communicate, give safe space for employees to address challenges they may be facing and offer support with any and all challenges any employee may encounter. As a full time sports mom, wife and current student Rentwell has been a great asset to my life that no other employer has ever provided.
Cons
I can honestly say there are no cons for me, This company has been very good to me from the interview and beyond, They have assisted in equipping me with all i need to do my job and beyond as well as challenging me to take my skills to new levels. They provide a very comfortable flexible stress free work environment. Very laid back but professional environment. No micromanaging at all but expectations and goals are put in place and upheld. Everyone from top ownership to field team has been great and i'm proud to be a member of the Rentwell team.
