Positive environment and great leadership

Had to travel a lot for work

Smaller company living inside a big company of Reynolds and Reynolds. Has been able to maintain small company feel. Rentsys had a great reputation in the market and with clients. Being in sales that was a good thing.

Growing company had lots of changes. Very busy on product development which meant sales had to keep learning new product info. Sometimes outside of comfort zone. Never experienced at Rentsys the negative comments posted about Reynolds and Reynolds.
