Good working environment and learning

I do not see any

Team members who care work very hard and are very supportive. Work is social good and you make a very positive impact on students. Looks good on your resume when you leave or get fired.

Senior administration compound problems into crises. Senior admin actions encourage infighting and siloing between departments. Huge swathes of staff and faculty, including tenured faculty, are fired every few years. Union support is nonexistent. Taking extended leave will get you fired.
