Very bad management team- a useless person who don't know how to deal with customer, not even picking the phone calls of customer, don't how to interact with ground staff, who don't know the working procedures of the business can be promote as a manager if he has a support from higher level. 2. Dirtiest politics 3. Unbalance personal and professional life due to too much work pressure. 4. Branch management only work for improving there incentive payout by ignoring poor ground level staff's incentive. 5. Branch management not taking any kind of responsibility for any type of crucial work. 6. Branch management terminating or transferring the people to increase branch profit for personal gain.
