      -Professional and progressive work environment with highly talented and incredibly intelligent coworkers. -Engaged management and leadership who will work with you to succeed. -Very reasonable responsibilities and expectations. -Work and life balance is great. -Professional work environment but still a very caring and family orientated company.

      Cons

      -Learning the software can be challenging at first without some technical knowledge but even people with little experience of ERP systems will learn quickly over time.

      A great place to work, family like environment. Everyone is very helpful, and friendly. Managers are great and they are always available for anything you need. They don't micro manage, which is really fantastic. Great benefits.

      Salary is on the low end.

      Great company to wok for, RMI is a company that is family oriented and really cares about their employees giving them the tools and autonomy to succeed and develop a successful career. The company offers competitive salary and benefits, remote work option , and provides a friendly relaxed corporate environment. I would highly recommend to work at this company.
