      There are none to speak of

      Cons

      No room to grow, company owned and ran by group of clowns (sisters) who have 100% no clue what it's like to be "average joe" renting a house or an employee. Crazy, crazy and out of touch management that really, seriously, is clueless and doesn't mind you having to do double the work to fix what they screw up or put out the senseless fires they start and then cower away from.

      Pros

      The Folks at Rental Zerba are the best to work with. From accounting to the vendors! There was not a day I did not see something new or was challenged. Fast paced Exciting Fun And an overall sense of accomplishment is what I was left with every day I was with Rental Zebra. Such a fun group to be a part of.

      Cons

      With any company that has a passion for growth, growing pains are to be expected.
