Fire everyone at the top and start over, but you won’t because RentPath is an arrogant company that has never valued the opinions of anyone below C level. CoStar is eating our lunch for one reason only: they value their employees. You allowed a startup with less than a TENTH of our resources to enter the multi family space and dominate us. If you’re an investor looking to buy us out, you have much work to do. The culture needs a hard reboot. Start with the lowest employees, walk around and feel the embarrassment of a company where the majority of all minorities are segregated to ONE area.
