      You can schedule yourself by using an online system, which makes for a flexible schedule. You are guaranteed $10.00 an hour. Also, with most jobs the tips are split at the end of the gig and you walk away with the cash.

      Cons

      The only con would be leaving this great company.

      Pros

      The management and owner are incredible people, as well as the staff that works there. There are great jobs available and you get to meet so many people. Additionally, the pay comes promptly and is never not open on time.

      Cons

      The only con that I can think of is having to wait on parties to end that go over their expected time
