Pros
Pay was good, to a point (see cons). Discounts for Employees. There are career oportunites, that is if you either a) wait long enough or b) move.
Cons
LONG Hours in order to get that "good" pay Really no bonuses when told if you met a criteria. Heavy lifting that can resulting in long life degration. Best is never good enough, EVER. Stress of having to hit quotes. Dealing with nastiness (nature of the business though). Demoted at a moments notice. This is Not a great job for Work/Home balance. Job really only good to those who have no life and have no ambition to marry or have kids. (at leat for me)
