Pros

Alone time on the road with no manager breathing down your neck. "So so"pay Time to see the insect world ..ya know Roaches,Fleas and Ticks

Cons

Zero Life ..no family,no friends ,no kids,,,NO LIFE. 15 cent a year raises..10 yrs with the company you can make a huge $11.50 hr. 2 days of personal time a year. two weeks of vacation time a year ,you can use when upper management thinks its OK ..No Oct-Feb time off Paid holidays is the biggest scam off all...you work your day off and they pay you for the holiday 8 straight hrs (not overtime ones) Employee purchase puts you on the same ground as customers..over paying even at store cost for cheap junk. Benefits other then dental is way overpriced and worthless. Management calls the shots ..you take the blame if it doesn't go well. Stressful quotas to make weekly. Dealing with the armpit of society. Dangerous situations on repos. Favoritism on whom to repo or not. While credit numbers slack. Long hours Hard work during harsh weather. They think sending one man to deliver a double door fridge up 100 stairs ..acceptable. Terrible turnover and cut throat employees purposely getting upper management fired to advance.

Pros

The benefits can be decent, there are growth opportunities, and if you’re lucky, you work with a great team.

Cons

Poor management on many levels. From a store level, extending to corporate, the “leadership” needs work on their people skills. People are only capable of handling so much, and the lack of support from upper management makes it harder to work day to day. Additionally, the goalpost is always moving. If you manage to exceed their expectations, completing those same goals will no longer be good enough. The lack of support when it comes to customer abuse is embarrassing. We’re in 2026 and we should want to support the teams that are keeping the company running. Corporate is out of touch with reality. Anyone making over 6 figures a year no longer view customers as people, but as numbers. It doesn’t matter what horrid stories you hear on a daily basis, they are expected to bend to standards that shouldn’t exist anymore.
