they pay well once you get to management, training of there employees is also a plus, always promot within, they give you all the tools you need to make it happen.
Cons
no home life. you work at least 50 hours + a week don't ask for time off if your a manager don't always get your day off stress from upper management always your never doing good enough do better customers complain and are very demanding
