Upper Management losing control! - Store Manager Rent-A-Center Employee Review

New CEO, probably not a good decision based on current stock price. No power at the store level to operate business based on city and customer base when it comes to ordering product and services. Management above DM level extremely lazy. No communication with stores to find out what is really going on. DM's have all the pressure with little assistance from above. I would never want to be in that position. Flex hiring model is a joke. Destroyed many locations.
