      Pros

      Very team oriented environment, a place to thrive and build a good knowledge-base. Talented individuals to learn from. Benefits package, PTO policy, summer hours, monthly lunches and birthday celebrations

      Cons

      Occasionally there aren't enough resources to help do the job effectively. Things are asked of you to get tasks done with there being no prior work/ examples to go off of. Slow response time from employees on email communication

      Pros

      They are fantastic at training, and 99% of the people there are so wonderful to work with. Good benefits, external HR that is very easy to communicate with and get ahold of.

      Cons

      If you are not one of the "good Ole boys" or hunting buddies you can only get so far.
