Pros
This is a people-first company that is very thoughtful and balanced in every aspect of its approach. I get to collaborate with the best in my field, in every niche of the industry. They have a flexible hybrid policy, and great benefits (including excellent mental health and employee assistance options, bonus programs). There are lots of random little perks, I could go on. The workspace is inspiring and comfortable and there is no micro-managing, yet you are held accountable to your goals in a systematic way. They have leadership with impressive experience. Everyone is treated with kindness and respect. This is a very well run company in every way.
Cons
There have been some growing pains with expansion to new markets. You do have to be in the office 4 days per week, although each of those days you can work 2 of your 8 hours from home if you prefer.
