Working at RCT has been a truly great experience so far, especially thanks to the incredible leadership in the warehouse. The Logistics Team Lead is one of the best managers I’ve ever had — incredibly understanding, always willing to help, and even ready to take a few hits for the team when needed. You can really tell they care about the people they manage and want to see everyone grow and succeed.
Our Senior Tech is just as amazing — super approachable, always open to questions, and never makes you feel bad for asking. They've helped create a comfortable, supportive environment where learning is encouraged, and help is always there when needed. The GOAT.
I genuinely feel lucky to be part of a team like this. Both the Team Lead and Sr Tech go above and beyond every day, and it makes all the difference in how enjoyable and motivating the work environment is. It’s rare to find leadership like this, and I’m grateful to be working with them.
