      They have good insurance and 401K plan. Generous time off.

      Cons

      The company is completely disorganized. They are acquiring companies without a proper infrastructure plan to support the business. They are laying off a large amount of long term employees and replacing them with new college grads. The requirement for the NCG is to have less than 2 yrs experience.
