Pros

- Strong product portfolio - A large number of very talented engineers who have a great deal of know-how to pass down to junior employees - Nice company culture, generally good atmosphere

Cons

- Too much bureaucracy, the lack of strong leadership, consensus-based decision-making, and risk-averse management styles hold the company back from achieving its full potential - Inability to make the really tough decisions in recent years continues to derail efforts to return to profitability

Cons

In my experience, the work environment is negatively critical, and feedback often felt focused on mistakes rather than development. Upper management did not appear to encourage open and honest discussion, making it difficult to raise concerns or share ideas. Compensation seemed below market rates compared to similar roles in the industry. Over time, morale appeared to decline, and many employees became disengaged and less confident in their work. Several talented colleagues left during my time there, and turnover seemed consistently high.
