      Salary will credit on time

      Bad leave policy You never get 100% Variable pay, Variable pay will be credited in September salary for 1st half and 2nd half will be at March salary. There is no predefined HR policy for all those things. If you put notice then you won't get your variable pay. IF you put a paper they will play with you.
