      Cons

      Top down culture, work life balance can be a challenge still some work to do to ensure talents around the world can reach key positions (still to much held by people of French nationality and evolving in Corporate).

      Renault provides excellent technical training and encourages employees to take ownership of their development. Resources for upskilling, especially in new technologies, are readily available.

      Cons

      As with any large, established automotive corporation, decision-making can be slow and sometimes bureaucratic. Getting approval or consensus across the different global divisions can take time.
