I have been with Renaissance for over 5+ years and it has been great. Renaissance is truly a company where opportunities come to those who work hard and get results. Just because you look busy or say you are, will not fool everyone here. The culture of the company comes from the top. Not only the CEO but all 4 managing partners are dedicated to the fullest. Whether its a weekend, after hours or holiday, all are available for any assistance to make sure employees and clients get what they need. They really care about you as a person inside and outside of work. I can say all 4 are true friends who care about me Its a fast paced environment where we continuously work on improving our structure and services to serve our clients even better Over the last 5+ years I have seen co-workers get married, go on vacations, have babies, call out sick, work from home full or partial days, doctor appointments and more without any issues. Any time off requests I have requested have been approved, even if they were only 1-2 weeks in advance. As long as you are not putting the company, its clients and employees in a bad situation, time off is never an issue. The policy can be improved to be more clear to new employees.I have already seen improvements in this area
