      None. I felt so drained and mistreated by this business any possible pros are too good to mention.

      Cons

      Everything. The owner uses profane language and causes extreme anxiety with the employees. Also making one mistake or missing one piece of documentation can result in her withholding your check for another 2 weeks which of course causes issues with your personal financial security.

      Pros

      the act team is community-based therefore you are more in control of your time and are able to do a lot of work from home.

      Cons

      You have to do behavioral intervention notes and that seems to be the most important thing to Renaissance as opposed to the welfare of the clients.
